List Genesis

Isn't it about time to start building your own opt-in list?

I thought you might agree. That's why our latest tool helps you build an opt-in list, and recruits the help of those you refer to expand your list.

This is brand new, and we even had a hand in the idea process of the program (guess that's why we love it so much).

Click the "Multiply My List" link to find out exactly what it is.

Did I mention it's FREE?

How are you?

I want to first extend a very warm welcome, and very big thank you to all new subscribers! It's because of all you that I started doing this newsletter, and because of you that I will continue to do this newsletter.

Many many things to talk about this week. You've all been absolutely wonderful, and I thank you all for your kind words.

On the marketing front, this weeks article is fairly short, but rather important. It's something everyone has probably thought about at least once, so I encourage you to read through it and give me some feedback.

I'm also including a few product reviews. One I've already talked about, but wanted to update you all on exactly how well it's working. The other is a product that I've had less than exciting results with. You'll want to read this one...you may have already bought it!

On to the newsletter. I hope you enjoy it, and I'd love to hear your opinions. We have the absolute best subscribers on the internet!

We've been thinking about opening up advertising to our subscribers only...I'd love to hear your opinion on this matter. Email me.

Knowing how well the mailing software has been working lately, here's the links to the bonuses for subscribing for those who haven't been able to download them yet.

Sincerely,

Christopher M. Schumacher

So What Makes a Good Product?

By Christopher M. Schumacher

=======================================

What exactly makes a good product, or for some of you out there, how can you make your product good?

Let's look at the basics.

1) Must be of use to your target market. In other words, don't market something that has little to no use at all. The object shouldn't be to simply "make money on the net", but also to help people with a problem in the process.

2) Make your product simple to use. Regardless of whether you are simply sending an informational product, or if it's a physical product that can be touched, make absolutely sure that you either make it simple to use, or have very good instructions to go along with it.

I can tell you from personal experience that it's best to keep things as simple as humanly possible. Some people know little to nothing about many things relating to the internet. This isn't a bad thing, or a put down, simply something to keep in mind.

3) Is the product worth the price you are asking? You may think that you can put an arbitrary price on your product....not so at all. If you're target market is for the newer marketers out there, it would be wiser to keep costs fairly low. It's easier to part with 20 or 30 dollars than it is to part with a hundred or more.

Take everything into account, including the potential you are offering. If you have tested your own product, and find that it works so well that you can't stop the money from flowing in, maybe a higher price is better. But if it's something that will only work if done exactly right, and if they have the same knowledge as you do, it may be best to price it lower to allow everyone a chance to at least try what you are offering.

4) Make sure to use follow ups to ensure that the product is working out for your customer. Best to have a few refunds, but happy customers than to have to issue a ton of refunds, and have people question everything you tell them.

In the broad scheme of things, we are all here to make money. What you have to remember is that the people buying from you, are just like yourself. Don't blow a good thing by selling something they can't use, just so you can make a quick buck.

5. Product reviews

by Christopher M. Schumacher

(These reviews are expressed in personal opinion only. While my experiences may be good or bad, many others may feel differently.)

===========================================

S*pam Terminator- Program designed to help eliminate unwanted emails from reaching your inbox, while promoting your affiliate link to the person spamming.

Hyped by the best at hyping on the internet comes fresh out of the box: S*pam Terminator!

I bought the software, installed the trial rather than the full version as a test.

I must say that I'm a bit disappointed. Many of the things that were supposed to make this software great have turned out to be not so great.

The software was apparently not completely ready for public release, as they are still implementing updated versions of the software.

This doesn't mean that the program isn't good, or that the software is bad, just that in my personal opinion, it's not what it should have been upon release.

That being said, people are flocking to it like there's no tomorrow! The choice is yours.

The No Click Traffic Secret- A simple method of setting it and forgetting it traffic, that will continue to produce good results over time.

As most of you know from my last email, I speak very highly of this eBook. Why?

Because unlike many others I have used and tried to use, this one has worked great.

Go to www.trafficranking.com and do a search for my site waronmarketing.com

What you'll see is my site is ranked around 110,000 or so. This site has only been up for a few months now, so getting that much traffic is a huge boost.

But there's more. I also set the same system up (for free...using one of the techniques Ray talks about) to point to my Subscriber Drive site at: Click Here

Here's the results(this was just over the past month):

Listing Viewed: 7794 times

Impressions earned by me: 6012

Impressions earned by my downline: 270

Downline size: 37

Total imressions earned: 6282

I've only had this up for a month now, and have had enourmous results. With a change to my ad copy, I am now pulling in anywhere from 3-10 new subscribers a day from this alone....and again, I don't even need to do anything after setting it up (which took a little while due to my lack of HTML code knowledge).

I highly recommend this for anyone that has webspace, or a site of their own and is looking for some traffic that won't cost them a thing (aside from the price of the book).
